Application and securing a room
You can submit an on-line application form through our website, click here. If you are already in Ballarat, you can call us on 0427 513 617 to make a time to come and inspect.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (preferred).
Payments
All utilities are included in the rent amount. This includes water, gas and electricity.
Yes. Broadband internet connection is included.
Your rent is payable weekly or monthly in advance.
You are required to pay rent whilst on holidays to secure your tenancy. However after 10 months we allow up to 2 weeks holiday rental at 50% of normal rates.
On Arrival
On arrival you need to sign a lease agreement. You will be given an induction so that you know where everything is and how to access help and information.
General Information
The communal areas are cleaned weekly. You are responsible for cleaning your own room and we provide cleaning products for you to use at no cost, including vacuum cleaning equipment, floor, window and other cleaning products.
Laundry facilities are provided.
Your room can be regularly cleaned for a small fee.
There are no meals provided but there are pubs, restaurants and cafés close by. Your room has a fridge and there are two fully equipped kitchens. Three supermarkets are located nearby – 5 to 10 minutes walk.
Yes there are House Rules and a Code of Conduct. These documents are designed to provide a basis for the quiet enjoyment expectations of all guests.
Laundry facilities, onsite car parking, free bike, large plasma widescreen TV, outdoor BBQ entertaining area, landscaped garden areas, fully-equipped and airconditioned gym, modern accommodation facilities all conveniently located in central Ballarat.
